OH YEAH.

32 Tomorrow, Arthritis, AND a FAT CLOT

Yes, it will be a happy birthday to me. As I turn 32 years old tomorrow, I was informed today, by a spine surgeon that I have arthritis and a fat clot. Seriously? REALLY? ARTHRITIS? Have you seen me? Do I look 80? Really? Arthritis? And, with icing on my birthday cake to contribute to the apparent FAT clot in my back. This news (which was delivered by a mighty fine young doctor) was not exactly what I was expecting.

Do you remember me posting about falling down the stairs months ago? I can't find the post but I feel positive I wrote about it. I hurt my back so bad but it did heal- so I thought. Then, one day, while lifting my very thick 33lb tub o'lard child, I pulled something and hurt it all over again. It's been pretty bad. And, I found some jelly bean type thing which was diconcerning as well...and as it should be since it is a FAT clot. I also have a slight herniated disc and something going on with my sacrumilium-sp joint. Apparently, that is actually the cause of the pain the others were just bonuses.

I will at some point go in and have some injection for the pain and see if that resolves the issue. Meanwhile, I'll just feel old from my arthritis and look fat from my fat clot. I'm just 31...32 tomorrow....
